We’re hiring: System Consultant (2nd Line Support), Aalborg
Emma Systems is on an exciting high-growth journey, and we’re looking for a skilled System Consultant to join our 2nd Line Support Team in Aalborg. In this role, you’ll be a trusted technical partner for our customers, ensuring our solutions run seamlessly within their end-to-end systems.
You’ll work on a wide variety of cases, from advanced troubleshooting and system integrations to guiding partners and internal teams on best practice. This is a hands-on, problem-solving role where every day brings new challenges, learning opportunities and close collaboration with talented colleagues.
What you’ll do
- Provide high-quality technical support to customers and partners via phone, email and digital channels
- Troubleshoot, analyse and resolve issues in production environments with a focus on stability and uptime
- Work with XML- and JSON-based data structures and REST APIs to diagnose and correct system or integration issues
- Collaborate with internal product, development and operations teams to escalate and resolve complex technical cases
- Deliver training and technical guidance to customers and colleagues
- Ensure SLA compliance and maintain proactive communication throughout the case lifecycle
- Contribute to a strong, service-oriented team culture built on knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
What you bring
Required qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, technical support or a similar client-facing technical role
- Working knowledge of XML, JSON and SQL (reading, interpreting and troubleshooting)
- Familiarity with REST API concepts and integration workflows
- Fluency in both Danish and English, written and spoken
Nice to have:
- Experience in logistics or supply chain operations
- Interest in, or background in, IT, system integrations or SaaS solutions
- Knowledge of additional languages
